Our 60-Day Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 60 days of the delivery date. To start a return, simply email us at contact@therabell.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and our team will guide you through the process.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email contact@therabell.com within 60 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
  3. Our team will reply with return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send any item back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a refund, items should be returned in reasonable condition with all included components (sensor pad, pager/receiver, batteries, clips, and any accessories) where possible. We understand the product may have been used during your trial period — that's expected under our guarantee.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a defect, email us at contact@therabell.com with your order number and a photo or short description of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

If you'd like to exchange an item, email us at contact@therabell.com and we'll help arrange it.
