Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with TheraBell. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order is processed and delivered. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping & Delivery Times

After processing, estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days.

Please note that total time from order to delivery is the processing time plus the shipping time (approximately 8–18 business days in total).

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order leaves our facility, transit times are controlled by the carrier and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, customs, high-volume periods, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of purchase. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at contact@therabell.com and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@therabell.com with your order number and we will help resolve the issue.
