They are not a substitute for professional medical care, in-person supervision, or appropriate fall-prevention measures recommended by a qualified healthcare provider.

You are responsible for properly installing, testing, maintaining, and using the product (including replacing batteries and confirming the alert reaches you) in accordance with the included instructions. Wireless range, alert reliability, and sensor performance may be affected by environmental and technical conditions. We recommend testing the product regularly.
