Therabell 1-Year Protection Plan Terms
Overview
The Therabell 1-Year Protection Plan is an optional add-on ($24.99, one time) that extends replacement coverage on your Therabell EarlyRise Alert System and caregiver pager. It is purchased with your order and applies to that order.
Coverage period
Coverage runs for 12 months from the delivery date of your order.
What is covered
Manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions that stop the device from working as intended under normal household use. Examples include the sensor pad or pager failing to power on, charge, or send an alert.
What is not covered
Accidental damage, drops, liquid or water damage, misuse or improper setup, normal wear, cosmetic marks, unauthorized modifications, and lost or stolen devices. Consumable items such as batteries are not covered.
What you get
If a covered issue occurs, Therabell will send a free replacement device of the same or an equivalent model, shipped at no cost to you. The plan provides replacement only. It does not include cash refunds, repairs, or any compensation beyond replacement. A replacement device is covered for the remainder of the original 12-month term.
How to file a claim
Email contact@therabell.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. We may ask for a photo or video to confirm the issue. Approved replacements ship free.
Relationship to the 60-Day Guarantee
This plan is separate from our 60-Day Sleep-Easy Guarantee. The 60-Day Guarantee is a money-back return within 60 days of delivery. The Protection Plan provides device replacement for covered defects for 12 months.
Eligibility and transfer
The plan applies to the original purchaser and the order it was bought with. It is non-transferable.
Cancelling the plan
You may request a refund of the plan within 14 days of purchase if no claim has been made.
